1. Stop eating fast food - cold turkey
2. Cut out most of the sugar and white flour (will leave wiggle room for a See's Scotchmellow)
3. Limit diet soda intake to one or two a week (unless hungover from another of G's sleepless nights)
4. Drink at least one glass of wine a night (to help restore my sanity after losing it somewhere on my desk)
5. Eat more fruits and veggies (well maybe not veggies, I hate veggies)
5. Drink more water and chocolate milk (I know this goes against number 2 but I have read that chocolate milk is suppose to help build muscle after working out and I'm sticking with that story, plus its chocolate milk)
6. Work out more (and not just in my mind)
7. Get outside more (I'm beginning to think that the florescent lights in my office are slowly killing me or turning me into an old, fat, bitter secretary, either way it sucks)
8. Open my daughter's college fund (should be at number 1)
9. Save more money
10. Spend less money (sorry credit cards)
